6. No Affiliation with Databases
   We Have Writers affirms that we are not affiliated with any academic or essay databases. All work is developed independently.

8. Copyright and Usage Restrictions

15. Refund Policy
    Refunds are granted only under exceptional circumstances, such as failure to deliver the work. All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of We Have Writers.
16. Late Delivery Compensation
    If your order is delivered later than the confirmed deadline, you may be eligible for a 5% discount for every 24-hour delay, unless a revised delivery date was agreed upon in advance.
17. Writer Availability
    In rare situations where we cannot assign a qualified writer within 72 hours, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
18. Accuracy Disclaimer
    Although we strive for accuracy, We Have Writers does not guarantee 100% factual accuracy. Adjustments or discounts may be offered at our discretion.
